What qualifies as “properly delivered” content

Digital courses are considered properly delivered if the materials match the product description on the site, are available for streaming and/or download, and the stated formats (e.g., Full HD video, accompanying PDFs) are provided and play on devices that meet basic system requirements (up-to-date browser, stable internet connection, sufficient memory/storage).

Grounds for a refund (within 7 days)

We review refund requests within 7 calendar days of purchase if one of the following applies:

  • Technical inability to access the content that is not resolved after reasonable troubleshooting efforts (e.g., platform error, invalid material links).
  • Material mismatch with the description, evidenced by specific examples (e.g., promised format/sections are missing).
  • Duplicate purchase of the same product from the same account.
  • Accidental multiple charges for a single order.

In some cases, we may request supporting information (e.g., screenshots, order number) to assess the situation objectively. If a refund is approved, access to the course and related materials will be revoked.

Cases where refunds are not provided

  • Change of mind after access has been granted.
  • Substantial consumption of content (e.g., viewing a significant portion of lessons, mass downloading files/templates).
  • Subjective claims after use (“didn’t like the style,” “too easy/hard”) when the product matches its description.
  • Failure to meet minimum system requirements on the buyer’s device (outdated browser, no internet, etc.).
  • Promotional items, coupon or gift codes — not eligible for refunds/exchanges.
  • Partial refunds for bundles if any included item has already been accessed or downloaded.

Review process

Refund requests are submitted from your account (order section) with a brief reason. We review the request within a reasonable time and notify you of the decision. If approved, funds are returned via the original payment method; settlement times depend on your payment provider/bank. After a refund, access to the course and files is revoked, and future updates for that product are unavailable.

Content updates and access

Your purchase grants an individual, personal-use license to the materials. We may update, improve, and expand courses; access to updates remains for active purchasers of the respective product. We reserve the right to relocate materials, adjust the platform interface, and modify delivery formats without reducing the stated scope of content.

Pricing, taxes, and adjustments

Prices may change without prior notice. If the price for the same product is reduced within 48 hours of your purchase, we may, upon request, offer an adjustment (partial refund or coupon), provided the content has not been substantially consumed. Taxes and fees (if applicable) are calculated according to the buyer’s jurisdiction.

Misuse and limitations
